Troubleshooting During Installation:

1. Ready to install the M10 socket head screw?
Please complete Step 3 before installing the M10 socket head screw.
If Step 3 is skipped, the screw may appear too short to fit properly.
Once Step 3 is done, insert the M10 screw and tighten it securely using the provided Allen key (hex key).
WARNING: Make sure the screw is firmly tightened to ensure stability.
Failure to do so may cause the front and rear frames to separate during use, which could result in serious injury to the child.
Always double-check the screw is securely fastened before each ride.

2. Ready to install the seat?
Firmly tap the seat clamp into position on the seat tube. Ensure the seat is fully engaged before use.
⚠ WARNING: An improperly installed seat may shift during use, increasing the risk of tipping or falling.

3. Time to attach the front handlebar for your child?
Make sure the logo and button face backwards. Align the handlebar with the mounting points and rotate it until it locks securely. This way, the child can see the logo while riding.
⚠ WARNING: Loose handlebars can affect riding safety. Always check that the handlebar is locked in place before each ride.

4. Looking to assemble the parent push handle?
Please follow the steps below to connect the upper and lower parts securely, or watch the following video for a step-by-step guide.

Troubleshooting During Use

1. Rear Wheels Not Rotating

Are the rear wheels not turning after assembly?
Please check that both rear wheels are fully inserted into their axle slots.
You should hear a clear “click” sound when each wheel is correctly locked into place.
WARNING: If the wheels are not securely locked, they may disengage during use, potentially causing loss of balance or tipping.

2. Pedal Modes – 3 Placement Options

Did you know the pedals have three functional positions?

  • Front Wheel – For tricycle mode and pedaling.
  • Under the Seat – For balance bike mode (when the child is scooting).
  • Middle of the Frame (Footrest Position) – For younger toddlers in push tricycle mode.

When inserting the pedals into the footrest position, make sure to first align and slide the pedals through the two plastic washers.
This ensures smooth insertion and prevents the pedal from getting stuck or being difficult to remove later.

WARNING: Skipping the plastic washers may cause the pedals to jam, making it hard to remove or reposition them later. Always follow the correct insertion steps.
